LiveOne request. A clearer route to the right venue.
Dreilokale's founders had the brief and the conviction but no team to build it. We built the platform end to end, from the first blueprints to the matching engine: an organiser sends one request and gets proposals back from venues that fit. A CRM, a CMS and email automation run the operation behind it. The platform is live.

Context
Finding an event location in Switzerland meant writing to venues one by one. The founders wanted a single request that returns tailored proposals, and needed design and engineering to ship a first version before hiring.
Constraints
Two sides to serve at once (organisers and venues), a request form that has to stay short, and an operation that a small team has to run from day one.
What was built
A five-step request journey for organisers, a matching engine that shortlists venues, and proposals that go back to the organiser. A CRM, a CMS and email automation for venues and organisers run behind it, with an SEO structure for Swiss venue search.
