Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of morvion.com and any engagement with Morvion. We've kept them short and plain. They're written for the way we actually work, not for a legal department.
1. Who we are
Morvion is a creative technology studio founded by Edward Salvatierra, based in Zürich, Switzerland. Reach us at hello@morvion.com. The legal address and contact details are listed on the Imprint page.
2. What you're agreeing to
By visiting morvion.com, submitting the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise engaging with the studio, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
3. Use of the website
You may view, share, and link to any page on morvion.com freely. You may quote excerpts of the editorial publication (newsletter and glossary) with attribution and a link back. You may not:
- Scrape, automate, or systematically download content in a way that bypasses our rate limits or impairs availability for other readers.
- Use the content to train a closed-source commercial model without written permission. We welcome citation by AI engines and use as context in agentic workflows, see /llms.txt for the policy on AI use.
- Misrepresent yourself as Morvion, the studio team, or any of its clients.
- Attempt to circumvent the security controls on any restricted area of the site, including the
/app/atlasgated tooling.
4. Newsletter subscription
When you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to receive occasional editorial emails from Morvion (typically 1–4 per month). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. Unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately and your address is removed from active sending.
5. Contact form submissions
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not share, sell, or syndicate contact-form data to any third party. We may retain the submission for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, after which it is deleted unless you have entered into an active engagement with the studio.
6. Intellectual property
All content on morvion.com, including the editorial publication, the glossary, design assets, code samples in articles, and the visual identity, is © Morvion 2025–2026 unless otherwise stated. The visual brand and the wordmark are unregistered trademarks of Morvion.
Two exceptions, both more permissive:
- The Morvion Eval Spec, published at /eval-spec and at github.com/aloalads/eval-spec is open-sourced under the MIT License. You can fork, adapt, and use it commercially without attribution (though we appreciate it).
- Editorial publication, newsletter articles and glossary entries, may be quoted in excerpts of up to ~200 words with attribution and a link back to the original. For longer use, write to hello@morvion.com.
7. AI training and agentic use
Morvion welcomes use of its public content by AI engines and agentic systems for the following purposes:
- Citation in answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and equivalents), including reproducing excerpts with source attribution.
- Use as context in agentic workflows that operate on behalf of a user (browsing the site, calling the WebMCP actions declared at
/mcp-actions.json).
Morvion does not consent to use of its content for training closed-source commercial foundation models. See /llms.txt for the machine-readable version of this policy.
8. Engagements and proposals
Browsing this site is not a contract. Submitting the contact form is not a contract. A Morvion engagement begins only when a written Statement of Work (SoW) is signed by both parties. The terms of any engagement are governed by the SoW and any referenced Master Services Agreement, not by these website Terms of Service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep morvion.com available continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The site is served via Vercel's global edge network; outages outside our control may occur. We may update content, restructure the information architecture, or remove pages at any time.
10. No professional advice
Articles, glossary entries, and any other editorial content on this site are provided for informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. If you act on something you read here, you do so at your own discretion.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Morvion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Morvion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its content. The total liability of Morvion for any direct damages arising from website use is capped at CHF 100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Morvion harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our products, the legal landscape, or our operations change. The current version always lives at this URL. When we update the document, we revise the «Last updated» date at the top. Material changes are announced via the newsletter if you are subscribed.
