Zürich and global

A small creative technology team building intelligent digital systems.

Morvion is a creative technology studio shaped by strategy, design, software engineering, and intelligent systems. The team builds websites, intelligent systems, and digital platforms for businesses that need more than a static online presence.

"More clients would make us a worse studio."

Four people, four layers of the studio: vision, strategy, software engineering, and design.

Currently building with Incontro Bar (Zürich aperitivo venue) and Dreilokale (Swiss event-location matching platform).

Founder & CEOVision and AI systems

Edward Salvatierra

Edward leads Morvion's vision, product direction, and system architecture: the bridge between creative technology, AI systems, and business execution.

  • Product direction
  • AI systems
Co-FounderStrategy and oversight

Alexander Koch

Alexander supports Morvion at the strategic level, shaping long-term direction, governance, and growth. His role strengthens the business layer behind the studio so Morvion scales responsibly and protects quality.

Software EngineerSoftware engineering and infrastructure

Faraz Md

Faraz contributes to the technical layer: software systems, backend logic, APIs, and infrastructure. His work turns ideas into functional digital products, internal tools, dashboards, portals, and connected systems that operate beyond the visual interface.

Design DirectorDesign and visual systems

Kevin Silva

Kevin leads visual execution across Morvion's design language: interface direction, brand consistency, and graphic systems. His work brings clarity, atmosphere, and visual precision to the studio's digital experiences.

Manifesto · six principles

The way the team thinks.

Six commitments the team works to so we don't have to renegotiate them every engagement.

  • 01

    Systems over screens.

We design the operating layer first (the workflow, data, users, decisions, and business logic), then the interface. The website or platform becomes part of how the company runs, not a brochure stapled to the front.

"The brochure is not the company."

  • 02

    Clarity before complexity.

A system can be advanced without feeling complicated. We reduce noise so users understand what matters, what to do next, and why it matters, even when the machinery underneath is dense.

"Advanced systems don't have to feel complicated."

  • 03

    Evals before vibes.

Anywhere AI touches a workflow, we define what 'good' means. Outputs need structure, review, and measurable quality before they reach production. Vibes-based AI doesn't ship.

"If you can't measure it, you can't ship it."

  • 04

    Ship from week one.

We avoid long invisible build cycles. Every serious engagement should move toward working previews, testable flows, and real interfaces early, not slides describing what's coming.

"Demos that lie cost two months."

  • 05

    Codebases inherit clean.

A digital product should be understandable after handover. Strong structure, clear naming, typed systems, and maintainable patterns are part of the craft; the codebase is a brand surface too.

"A codebase is also a brand surface."

  • 06

    Small by design.

Morvion stays selective so the team can stay close to the work. The goal is not volume. The goal is depth, precision, and useful systems that actually run in the business.

"Density of craft, not volume of clients."

Studio R&D

What we are building inside the studio.

Internal research into how businesses can operate with better interfaces, intelligent workflows, and connected digital systems. Not generic experiments. Proving grounds for the methods we apply in client work.

  1. System direction

    Morvion AI Sentinel

An intelligent operating system concept for business execution: CRM intelligence, tasks, multi-agent workflows, sales pipelines, knowledge systems, and decision support.

  2. Live, internal

    Atlas Intelligence

A CRM with intelligence built into it: enrichment, signal scoring, lead prioritisation, and operational visibility. The team runs the studio on Atlas and is shipping it with one design partner.

  3. In studio

    Platform Prototypes

Internal platform experiments for marketplaces, client portals, dashboards, and workflow-based digital products, proving grounds for the methods we apply in client work.

  4. Live, internal

    Studio Knowledge Layer

A structured knowledge system that helps the team surface prior decisions, lessons, references, technical patterns, and project context across every engagement.

Studio doctrine

Studio rules we do not bend.

The decisions Morvion made about itself so they do not have to be remade on every project.

  1. We work directly with founders and operators.

No marketing intermediaries, no account-management middle layer. Every engagement runs between the team and the people who own the operation.

  2. We ship working previews from week one.

Real interfaces, testable flows, and live previews early in the engagement. We avoid long invisible build cycles and slides about what is coming later.

  3. We define what good looks like before AI ships.

Anywhere AI touches a workflow, outputs need structure, review gates, eval suites, and measurable quality before production. Vibes-based AI does not ship from this studio.

  4. We stay small so engagements stay direct.

Morvion is selective. The team takes on work it can ship at full quality, with strategy, design, engineering, and delivery connected in one room.

Next engagement

Bring the brief, the messy idea, or the system that needs shape.

We will help turn it into a clear digital product, platform, workflow, or intelligent system that actually runs in the business.
